Concrete Foundations & Footings
Solid foundations built to code that support your home or building for decades.

Your foundation is the most important part of any building. It supports everything above it and protects your investment for decades to come. At RedGuard Bellevue Concrete, we pour foundations and footings that meet code, handle Nebraska soil conditions, and give you peace of mind that your structure sits on solid ground.
Whether you are building a new home, adding a garage, constructing a commercial building, or pouring footings for a deck or addition, we have the experience and equipment to get it done right. We have been pouring foundations in Bellevue since 2024, and we know what it takes to build strong, lasting foundations that pass inspection.
Foundation Types We Build
Different buildings need different foundation types. We pour all the common foundation styles used in residential and commercial construction.
Slab-on-Grade Foundations
Slab foundations combine the foundation and floor into one piece. They work well for single-story homes, garages, and commercial buildings. We excavate, add gravel base, install vapor barrier and insulation if needed, then pour the concrete with proper reinforcement. Slab foundations cost less than basement foundations and work great in our area.
Basement and Crawl Space Foundations
These foundations include footings and walls that create usable space below the main floor. We pour the footings first, then build and pour the foundation walls. We make sure everything is level, properly reinforced, and waterproofed. For basements, we also handle the floor slab after the walls are up.
Footings for Decks and Additions
Footings transfer the weight of your structure down to solid soil below the frost line. We pour footings for decks, covered patios, additions, and other structures. Each footing needs to be sized correctly and placed at the right depth to prevent settling or frost heave.
Our Foundation Installation Process
Foundation work requires precision and attention to detail. We follow a proven process that meets or exceeds building codes and gives you a foundation that lasts.
- •Site survey and planning: We review plans, mark layout, and verify setbacks
- •Excavation: We dig to proper depth and width for your foundation type
- •Footing installation: We install forms, add rebar, and pour footings
- •Foundation walls: We build forms, place reinforcement, and pour walls
- •Waterproofing and drainage: We protect your foundation from moisture
- •Backfill and grading: We backfill properly to prevent settling
We coordinate with inspectors at each stage to make sure everything meets code before moving forward. This prevents problems and keeps your project on schedule.
Why Foundation Quality Matters
A foundation is not something you can easily fix later. Problems with foundations are expensive to repair and can damage your entire structure. That is why getting it right the first time is so important.
Common foundation problems like cracking, settling, and water intrusion usually trace back to shortcuts during installation. Maybe the excavation was not deep enough. Maybe the soil was not compacted properly. Maybe the concrete mix was wrong or the reinforcement was inadequate. We do not cut corners because we know you are counting on this foundation for the life of your building.
When you need concrete slabs or foundation work, we bring the experience and equipment to handle projects of any size. We also work with your builder or general contractor to make sure the foundation integrates properly with the rest of your project.
