Concrete Repair & Restoration
Fix damaged concrete and restore your surfaces to like-new condition.

Cracked driveways, sunken sidewalks, and spalling concrete do not just look bad. They create safety hazards and get worse over time. At RedGuard Bellevue Concrete, we repair and restore damaged concrete to save you money compared to full replacement while giving you results that last.
Not all concrete damage needs complete replacement. Many problems can be fixed with the right repair techniques. We evaluate your concrete, explain your options, and help you decide whether repair or replacement makes more sense. We have been fixing concrete in Bellevue since 2024, and we know how to make repairs that blend in and hold up to our tough Nebraska weather.
Common Concrete Problems We Fix
Concrete damage happens for many reasons. Age, weather, poor installation, and soil movement all take their toll. Here are the most common problems we see and fix.
- •Cracks: Hairline to wide cracks from settling, freeze-thaw cycles, or age
- •Spalling and scaling: Surface damage where concrete flakes or chips away
- •Sunken sections: Areas that have settled lower than the surrounding concrete
- •Pitting and holes: Damage from road salt, chemicals, or wear
- •Edge damage: Broken or crumbling concrete edges
- •Discoloration and staining: Rust stains, oil spots, and uneven color
Our Repair and Restoration Methods
We use proven repair techniques that match the specific problem. The goal is a repair that blends in, lasts for years, and costs less than replacement.
Crack Repair and Sealing
For cracks, we clean them out, fill them with flexible sealant or epoxy, and finish the surface to match. Small hairline cracks get sealed to prevent water intrusion. Wider structural cracks might need routing and filling with specialized materials. We fix the crack and address what caused it so it does not come back.
Concrete Leveling and Raising
Sunken concrete does not always need replacement. We can often raise settled sections back to the correct level using slabjacking or polyurethane foam injection. This fixes trip hazards, improves drainage, and costs a fraction of replacement. It works great for driveways, sidewalks, and garage floors.
Surface Restoration
For spalling, scaling, or surface damage, we can apply concrete overlays or resurfacing products. We grind down the damaged surface, prep it properly, then apply a new layer that bonds to the existing concrete. This gives you a fresh surface without the cost of tearing out and replacing everything. We can also add decorative finishes during resurfacing if you want to upgrade the look.
Partial Replacement
Sometimes a section is too damaged to repair. In these cases, we cut out and replace just the bad sections rather than the entire slab or driveway. We remove the damaged concrete, prep the area properly, and pour new concrete that matches the existing surface. This saves you money while giving you a long-lasting fix.
Should You Repair or Replace?
This is the question everyone asks. The answer depends on the extent of damage, the age of the concrete, and your budget. As a general rule, if less than 25-30% of the surface is damaged, repair usually makes more sense. If more than half the concrete is cracked or damaged, replacement might be the better long-term choice.
We give you honest advice based on what we see. We will never recommend replacement when repair will work, and we will not patch concrete that is too far gone. We want you to get the most value for your money and end up with concrete that lasts.
