Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by RedGuard Bellevue Concrete are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Site conditions discovered during the project
• Changes to the original scope of work
• Material price fluctuations
• Additional work requested by the client

Any changes to the agreed-upon price will be communicated to you before proceeding with the additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Generally, our payment structure is:

Cancellation Policy

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area. We ask that you remove any obstacles, vehicles, or valuable items from the work area before we arrive. RedGuard Bellevue Concrete is not responsible for damage to items left in the work area.

Liability and Insurance

RedGuard Bellevue Concrete carries appropriate liability insurance for our work. We take every precaution to protect your property during our projects. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.

Changes to Terms
